These badges are earned through the voices of customers who use our platform every day. With badges spanning usability, support, setup, administration, and overall performance, our enterprise customers have spoken loud and clear.

Intelligent Email Protection

The strongest showing came in the Intelligent Email Protection category, where Sublime earned seven Enterprise badges:

This sweep across nearly every major badge category is a testament to how thoroughly and frictionlessly Sublime integrates into enterprise workflow. Customers didn't just rate us highly on protection, they called out ease of use, quality of support, and the overall experience of working with us as a vendor.

Best Meets Requirements means that when enterprise buyers come to us with a specific set of needs, we deliver. For large organizations with complex email environments, that's not a given.

One of the themes that comes through repeatedly in customer reviews is how quickly teams are able to get up and running and how much impact that has:

Earning the Users Most Likely To Recommend badge in this category signals something important: customers aren't just satisfied with our spam protection, they're actively telling their peers about it.

The Easiest To Do Business With badge reflects something we take seriously beyond the product itself: the experience of being a Sublime customer. Procurement, onboarding, support, renewal – all of it matters. Enterprise buyers have options, and they remember how vendors treat them.

Cloud Email Security

Rounding out the Enterprise recognition, Sublime earned four badges in the Cloud Email Security category:

  • Easiest To Do Business With
  • Best Support

Cloud email security is a crowded space, and enterprise buyers evaluating it are sophisticated. They've seen the incumbent platforms, they know the tradeoffs, and they're not easily impressed. Earning High Performer and Best Support badges in this category reflects that Sublime is competing at the highest level and winning on merit.

What enterprise customers value most

Reading through the reviews behind these badges, a few themes emerge consistently. First, enterprises want a platform that's powerful but doesn't require a team of specialists to operate.

I like that Sublime MQL facilitates deep customization when creating detection rules, capturing specific scenarios with various email attributes.
