By attending this event, you acknowledge that Sublime Security, Inc. ("Sublime," "we," or "us") may record video footage at the event in which you are participating (the "Event"). In consideration of your participation, you agree to the following:

1. Grant of Rights

You hereby grant to Sublime and its successors, assigns, and licensees a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free license to record, reproduce, edit, distribute, publicly display, and otherwise use video footage in which you appear ("Footage") for marketing and promotional purposes, including but not limited to:

• Social media platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, X, YouTube, Instagram);
• Sublime's website and digital channels;
• Advertising and promotional materials; and
• Press and media coverage of the Event.

2. No Compensation

You acknowledge that you will not receive any compensation, royalty, or other consideration in connection with Sublime's use of the Footage.

3. Waiver of Claims

You waive any right to inspect or approve the Footage or any finished materials in which it may appear. You release and discharge Sublime and its officers, employees, agents, and representatives from any and all claims, demands, or causes of action arising out of or in connection with Sublime's use of the Footage, including any claims relating to defamation, invasion of privacy, right of publicity, or copyright.

4. Representations

You represent and warrant that:

(a) you are at least 18 years of age (or, if a minor, that your parent or legal guardian has reviewed and consented to this Waiver on your behalf);

(b) you have the full right and authority to enter into this Waiver; and

(c) your participation in the Event and this grant of rights does not conflict with any agreement to which you are a party.

5. Governing Law

This Waiver shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any disputes arising hereunder shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in New Castle County, Delaware.

6. Entire Agreement

This Waiver constitutes the entire agreement between you and Sublime with respect to its subject matter and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous understandings relating thereto.

By signing below (or by attending the Event where notice of recording has been posted), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to this Waiver.

If you do not wish to be recorded, please notify a Sublime representative prior to or upon arrival at the Event.
